Reverse osmosis systems represent a technologically advanced solution for industrial water treatment in ZLD (Zero Liquid Discharge) processes, where the aim is to eliminate liquid discharge entirely. These systems are designed to concentrate wastewater to its physical limits, enabling maximum water recovery and minimizing the solid residues that must be disposed of.

Our technology uses high-performance membranes specifically developed for the treatment of complex and high-salinity water. These membranes are capable of withstanding severe operating conditions and ensure effective separation even in the presence of challenging substances such as surfactants, oils, heavy metals, or high saline loads.
The use of special membranes also makes it possible to treat wastewater from critical sectors such as the chemical, pharmaceutical, and metalworking industries.

Thanks to the use of high-pressure systems, it is possible to achieve water recovery levels of up to 95%, drastically reducing the volume of concentrates that must be managed in the subsequent crystallization or drying stages. This result ensures very high overall efficiency, making the ZLD process even more sustainable and cost-effective.

The Process

One of the key features of our systems is the integration of fully automatic CIP (Clean-In-Place) systems. These systems allow the membranes to be cleaned without the need for disassembly or prolonged interruptions of the process, maintaining high efficiency levels and significantly extending the service life of the components. Cleaning operations can be carried out on a scheduled basis or on demand, depending on the operating parameters detected by the control system.
