The removal of PFAS (perfluoroalkyl substances) is one of the main environmental challenges today. Uberplants Italia offers combined systems based on the synergistic use of activated carbon and selective resins for the effective removal of these substances down to ppb or ppt levels, depending on the plant layout. The carbon acts as a first filter to remove most of the heavier molecules, while the selective resins, specially designed for PFAS, ensure advanced refinement.

This modular approach offers high operational flexibility, low running costs and extended service life for the filter media. The systems can be used for the treatment of groundwater, drinking water, industrial water or wastewater, with single-stage or two-stage configurations in series. They are compatible with drinking water certifications and designed to meet the most stringent regulatory limits, with traceability and continuous monitoring of process parameters.
