Reverse osmosis technology uses semi-permeable membranes to separate salts and impurities from the water, reducing the salt content to levels below 500 mg/L. The process operates continuously and automatically, with optimised operating costs, thanks to the use of high-efficiency pumps and energy recovery systems that minimise energy consumption per cubic metre produced.

Uberplants Italia offers bespoke plant solutions, available in both skid-mounted and pre-assembled configurations on ISO containers, ideal for installations in remote areas, coastal locations, temporary sites, islands, resorts, ports or industrial facilities. Each system is custom-designed to suit the salinity of the feed water, the required flow rate and the intended use of the permeate.
