Design
Thanks to an in-house technical department specialising in the design of galvanising or water recovery systems, we offer a design service that starts from the specific needs of a company, a sector and the expected production volumes. The design takes into account these aspects, the space available and the latest technological innovations that can improve the performance of a system.
Installation
The efficiency of a system is not only linked to its correct design and the choice of the best technologies, but often depends on its installation. This is why, since our inception, we have chosen to have an in-house team dedicated to the entire system installation phase. The team is made up of technicians and designers who have worked on defining the system and know every single part of it. That is why they are the most reliable people to oversee the entire installation phase. We take care of the installation ourselves, all over the world.
Predictive maintenance
The predictive maintenance formula guarantees total productivity continuity thanks to specific checks and systems that flag potential failure risks. This solution prevents potential plant problems, drops in production performance and interruptions.
Remote and on-site support
Immediate, real-time assistance service. The service is activated by telephone or through an on-site visit within 48 hours of the call, which puts the customer in direct contact with the internal assistance department for both divisions: galvanic or water treatment.
Scheduled maintenance
The scheduled maintenance service, which allows you to schedule interventions relating to systems and equipment. By choosing this service, you are guaranteed regular, planned interventions to prevent any type of disruption and maintain constant production.
